Exceptional Septic and Cesspool Repairs in Suffolk County, NY

My wife and I have faced multiple issues with our cesspools over the years and have hired multiple companies to service them. Problems always returned and no permanent solution was ever offered without a ridiculously expensive price attached to it. We faced a late night emergency with a backup of our cesspool into our basement during a big rainstorm a few days ago. The owner, Joe, arrived within the hour of receiving our call at 9pm, was very friendly and extremely professional, despite having to work in tropical storm-like weather. He explained exactly what the problem was, provided an immediate temporary solution, worked quickly and efficiently, and was back to permanently fix the problem a day later. He brought in the proper equipment and professional personnel to run it, raised our overflow tank opening to proper height and diameter. To no fault of his own, and in order to do the entire job properly, he had to break up part of our front walkway to fully access our main tank, raise the opening and install a water tight, metal manhole cover for easy, regular maintenance, and save us from the headache of having to repeatedly rip up the front of our house. He not only did the cesspool job well, but also helped us reinstall and cement our stone walkway back together around the manhole cover, which now looks like a work of art. Later that day, he returned to check on our system to make sure everything was working properly, cleaned and aerated our secondary tank. The bottom line is Joe represents everything a hardworking owner that takes pride in his work and cares about his customers should be. When it comes to cesspools, trust us, don’t call anyone else.
